Lexington police search for man allegedly driving stolen car
LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - The Lexington Police Department (LPD) is asking the public to help identify a man who is alleged to have been driving a stolen car. LPD said the man might have information regarding the car’s theft on March 3 when it was taken from the parking lot of the Lexington Place shopping area at 5454 Sunset Boulevard.
Report: Video surveillance reveals 15-year-old girl shot man in Gaston
GASTON, S.C. (WIS) - A 15-year-old teenage girl was charged in connection with a shooting in Gaston, according to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department (LCSD). According to an incident report, LCSD responded to the Gaston area of Lexington County Friday night shortly after 9 p.m. when a caller told them someone had been shot.
5 hospitalized after high-speed crash on Harbison Boulevard
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The Irmo Fire Department (IFD) said five people were hurt following a high-speed crash on Harbison Boulevard near the I-26 overpass. Units with IFD responded to the scene to assist Columbia Fire Department units. Fire officials said the collision involved three cars, and it sent five people to the hospital.
RCSD: Shots fired at Blythewood home with child inside
BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. (WIS) - Richland County Sheriff’s Department deputies are investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday at the 200 block of Sandfarm Trail in Blythewood. Authorities said a home with a child inside was shot into at around 4:30 a.m. Several bullets were found in the child’s bedroom but no one inside the home was injured.
