It started just before 10:30 a.m on Wednesday, township police wrote in a release. Officers patrolling near Big Oak and Oxford Valley roads spotted a car that was reported stolen, authorities said.

They initiated a traffic stop but the driver fled, leading police on a "short pursuit," the release says. The car eventually pulled into a dead-end block of Cornerstone Drive before crashing into a police patrol vehicle, the department wrote.

The driver, identified by police as a 38-year-old woman from Levittown, was taken into custody at the scene, officials said. Police claimed she had methamphetamine in her possession and was wanted by authorities in Bucks County, Falls Township, and Cinnaminson Township, New Jersey.

The woman was charged with fleeing/eluding police, receiving stolen property, drug possession, and related counts, the department wrote. She was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks jail in lieu of 10 percent of an $85,000 bond, they added.

A passenger in the car identified only as a 42-year-old Philadelphia man was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding warrant, according to the release.
