Stephen Delaney, age 29, escaped the Butler County Correctional Facility (BCCF) Saturday morning, May 11, around 9:30 a.m. Delaney, a trustee, made his escape attempt by using the sally port of the BCCF according to Butler County Sheriff Danny Bond. He was caught by 10:30 a.m. after leading deputies and Greenville police on a short chase. Delaney was being held in the BCCF on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
