Lincoln apartments saw slight rent increases since last August
Renters in Lincoln saw apartment listing prices slightly increase from August 2025's median of $1,077, an analysis of new data from rental marketplace Zumper shows. The typical apartment listed for rent at $1,100 in August. Median listing prices in Lincoln are trending the same as the previous month's $1,100 price. The data covers all bedroom sizes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, within the specified metropolitan area. It reflects the median rent for all listings that were active at any given point during the month, according to Russell Middleton, co-founder of Zumper. New construction is included in the data and listings that are currently occupied or no longer available are excluded. data.gadsdentimes.com Out of 1,544 rental listings in Lincoln, 21 are subsidized. When those are excluded, the overall median rent for listed apartments goes to $1,100. One-bedroom apartments listed to rent at a median of $880, slightly lower than July, when they were $890.
