Huntingburg Council approves wastewater rate increase to support new plant, infrastructure
The Huntingburg Council approved the recommended sewer rate increase to accommodate the updated wastewater treatment plant. In April, at a combined meeting of the Huntingburg Board of Public Works, the Huntingburg Rate Advisory Board and the council, which also serves as the utility service board, the council discussed the reason for the increase and the need for updates at the wastewater treatment plant.
