Natchitoches Parish Sheriffs Deputies, Louisiana State Police, Natchitoches Regional Medical Center EMS and Natchitoches Parish Fire District 1 responded to NATCOM 911 Center reports of a two-vehicle crash with one possible injury on June 2 around 12:20 pm on I-49 northbound milepost #109 near Lena in Natchitoches Parish according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriffs Office.

 

One vehicle is reportedly overturned.

 

Deputies have arrived on scene reporting only a minor injury.

 

One person is being transported by EMS to a Regional Trauma Center with non-life threatening injuries.

 

There is reported partial road blockage.

 

If you are traveling through the area, drive carefully, pay attention to the road and avoid distractions while law enforcement investigates the crash and towing services clear the scene which will probably take 30 minutes to an hour.

 

All were reported wearing seat belts.
