A new Loudoun-based food truck is coming to the local culinary scene. It’s called Neko Kitchen and it specializes in sushi in its many forms.
While the menu will likely change regularly, examples of offerings include a spicy tuna makimono (roll) and a smoked salmon makimono.
The nascent brand has also announced that it will be adding ramen to its menu later this year.
The new truck is expected to debut in early July and its operators hope to book gigs at breweries, wineries, and festivals around the area.
The cute Neko Kitchen logo was designed by Stilson Greene Graphic Design, an award-winning firm based in Leesburg.
