Leesburg substitute teacher charged with public intoxication

A Loudoun County teacher who was arrested Wednesday is accused of being drunk in school. Police said it happened at Tuscarora High School a little after one this afternoon. FOX 5’s Josh Rosenthal reports from Leesburg with what we know so far.
