Salem 3, a proposed energy and digital infrastructure project in Northeastern Pennsylvania, has continued to advance through the approvals process. The project cleared another hurdle with the Salem Township Planning Commission voting unanimously to recommend an expansion of the township’s existing data center overlay district.
