The grandmother of the two children who were shot and killed in Lebanon on Tuesday night is condemning those believed to be responsible."I don't forgive them. I don't forgive them. They're cowards. They killed innocent kids," Aracelys Martínez said.The Lebanon County district attorney said 8-year-old Jesus Perez-Salome and 9-year-old Sebastian Perez-Salome were playing with their kittens outside their North Fifth Street home when they were shot."They were healthy. They were good kids. Now I'm not going to get to see them play anymore," Martínez said.The family still doesn't have answers about why the children were killed.Their mother was working at the time."I heard the gunshots when I was getting ready to leave. Police were called. My husband got back before I did, and he told me they shot up the house," Laika Salome said.A third person, 19-year-old Joshua Lugo-Perez, was also killed. Police believe he was the target.Alex Torres-Santos, 22, and James Fernandez-Reyes, 16, are charged with criminal homicide and other offenses in the shooting. They're being held without bail at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility.An unnamed third suspect is still on the loose.

"I heard the gunshots when I was getting ready to leave. Police were called. My husband got back before I did, and he told me they shot up the house," Laika Salome said.

A third person, 19-year-old Joshua Lugo-Perez, was also killed. Police believe he was the target.

Alex Torres-Santos, 22, and James Fernandez-Reyes, 16, are charged with criminal homicide and other offenses in the shooting. They're being held without bail at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility.

An unnamed third suspect is still on the loose.
