Clinton man wins $2 million lottery prize
CLINTON, Iowa — A Clinton man got the surprise of a lifetime when he found out that he'd won $2 million from playing the lottery. 72-year-old Mark Krogman bought his winning Powerball ticket from Clinton Liquor back in November. According to officials with the Iowa Lottery, he was the only winner during the drawing on Saturday, Nov. 25. He was just one number away from winning the night's jackpot.
Culver's raising money on Earth Day
MOLINE, Ill. — Culver's restaurants across the Midwest are rallying behind Living Lands and Waters in celebration of Earth Day for the fourth consecutive year. On Monday, April 22, 10% of net sales made from over 80 participating Culver's restaurants will be donated to Living Lands & Waters, a river cleanup organization committed to preserving and restoring America's waterways.

New McDonald's coming to Moline
MOLINE, Ill. — A new McDonald's location is coming to Moline. The newest Mickey D's will be built near Target and Kohl's in southwest Moline. It'll be located in what has been in recent years an unused parking lot in front of Kohl's and a former Hy-Vee. The area is currently fenced off and concrete is already being ripped up to make way for the golden arches.
