LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) - Tarra Gilbert now known as Dr. Tarra Bates shares how she got her start at KSWO in 1980.
She started as an editor, then a photographer, then a reporter.
After two years of reporting, she was promoted to backup co-anchor.
