he was only charged 4 years because she died makes no since. honestly my son facing 45 years never hurt a soul all because he will not sell dope for police department it all corrupt smh my son is mentally ill the city or state do not care he been in and out of jdc since he was 12 yrs old because Bert n Nash misdiagnosed him he was on uppers and downers . my son brain was damaged thanks to government stepping in . making me take him there. sickens me
