An Upstate man is set to spend the next decade behind bars after a multi-county crime spree. 30 year old Nicholas Eugene Gulledge of Clinton, pleaded guilty at the Laurens County Courthouse late last week, to charges of 1st degree domestic violence, intent to distribute meth, grand larceny and 3rd degree burglary.

Court records show that Gulledge went on a crime spree from May of last year until January of this year in Spartanburg, Union and Laurens Counties. He then fled to New York to avoid arrest, he was eventually captured there and was extradited back here to the Upstate.

8th Circuit Solicitor David Stumbo said in a release " I cannot say enough about the cooperation between our law enforcement agencies both locally and in the state of New York to bring Nicholas Gulledge to justice".
