The woman accused of running over 34 people and killing one was finally scheduled for a trial hearing on Monday morning.
A Clark County judge set a trial date for Holloway for May 2, 2024, a case that has been drawn out for nearly ten years.
The city of Las Vegas even implemented safety barriers following the 2015 incident.
Holloway has been in state psychiatric care since her arrest in 2015 and is facing 71 charges for allegedly plowing down 34 people with her car and killing one of them.
One of the charges includes child abuse, her three-year-old daughter was found inside the car after the crash.
In May, Holloway requested a different public defender to represent her and rejected a plea bargain that would avoid trial.
The status check for a trial date is set for September 7, 2023.
