A Las Vegas man is accused of secretly recording his coworkers while they were in the restroom of a restaurant, according to an arrest report.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said they got a report about the alleged incident at Lindo Michoacan on Flamingo Road on Friday, May 26.
A manager reported that 27-year-old Luis Pastran Hernandez had been recording employees as they used a restroom. This person believed Pastran placed his phone facing out of the lockers inside the employee bathroom.
Police spoke with an employee who said she was unaware of what was happening and did not consent to being recorded.

A detective reviewed some of the videos provided and wrote that the videos faced the toilet of the employee restroom and appeared to have been recorded from inside a locker.
Pastran Herndanez initially told a detective that a co-worker sent him the videos but later admitted that "he was dumb, and he was joking around when he placed his phone there," the report states.
He said he only recorded one video and possibly "clipped" it into multiple shorter videos.
Police booked Pastran Hernandez on suspicion of capturing an intimate image of another person. Court records indicate he has posted bond and his next court appearance is scheduled for July 3.
