New renderings showcase what two proposed film production studios would look like in Las Vegas.
The studio renderings were included in in a presentation to lawmakers on the film tax incentives that make up Senate Bill 496, which seeks to turn the valley into a major film and television production hub.
One studio, called the Las Vegas Media Campus, would be built at UNLV's Harry Reid Research and Technology Park near Durango and Sunset roads.

The other would be built in Summerlin on a lot owned by the Howard Hughes Corp. at Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive, adjacent to the 215 Beltway.
SB 496, also referred to as the Nevada Film Studio Infrastructure Act, proposes $190 million annually in tax credits for 20 years. Sony Pictures said it's prepared to commit up to $1 billion in production spending over a decade in the area if the bill is approved.
Birtcher Development, which is developing the southwest site, and Howard Hughes Corp. say they would be solely responsible for the costs of building the facilities.
The bill has bipartisan support but is still awaiting its first vote before the end of the legislative session on Monday.
