Dramatic moments revealed when a 911 operator stops a woman from trying to kill her baby.

In May of 2022, a local woman dialed 911 to say she wanted to kill her baby.

The operator talks her off the ledge; this may be difficult to hear.

As part of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department's Good Ticket Program, officers honored 911 dispatcher Salina freeman on Monday.

Freeman was able to remain calm and talk the mother out of hurting her baby until help arrived.

Freeman says she had to stay calm and do what was best for the baby.

The Good Ticket Program will continue to recognize positive actions like this one every month.
