Tickets to see Taylor Swift's 'Eras' tour live at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas are available on resale websites and a last-minute slash in price might be in fans' "wildest dreams."
The Friday prices on lasvegastickets.com start at more than $800 as of Thursday night, the eve before her performance. Other secondary sites like stubhub.com show Friday show prices starting at $525 before fees and for a seat that’s nearly behind the stage.
Sellers are listing tickets well into the thousands and the prices may not move much by showtime.
"It might shift back down a little bit, but I still think there's going to be enough buyers that you're going to see the prices stay higher than they were maybe two weeks ago or even to start the week,” Toby Baptist, Vice President of Operations with lasvegastickets.com said. “It's definitely taking off as far more than any concert we've seen recently.”
Various factors are contributing to the frenzy including the rave reviews from her kick-off shows in Arizona the previous weekend.
Reports said her setlist features 44 songs from her extensive catalog and the Anti-Hero singer performs for more than three hours.
“It's a full night of entertainment,” Baptist said. “I think that's also ramping up the demand, The supply is more, but the demand is just as much. So, it's phenomenal."
