A local MMA fighter is still fighting for her life as she battles a deadly disease that is not curable.

Ashlee "Mobwife" Gambino was an amateur mixed martial artist who soared to social media fame sparring with folks out on Fremont Street.

Gambino has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of pulmonary hypertension.
Her husband is the sole provider and caretaker of Gambino and their two children.
