LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — An Eaton County jury has convicted Julian Guadelupe Revilla, 31 of Lansing, for the murder of Suzann Fedewa on Jan. 3, 2019.

In court, it was revealed Revilla had shot and killed Fedewa after a Lansing meth dealer asked him to because the dealer thought she was cooperating with law enforcement on a drug investigation.

Court testimony revealed Revilla first tried to inject Fedewa with acetone before he shot her in the back of the head and left her for dead on the side of Old Lansing Road near Division Street in Eaton County.

“The execution of Suzy Fedewa was a senseless tragedy. Julian Revilla chose loyalty to a drug
dealer over common human decency,” said Prosecutor Lloyd. “Revilla’s decision robbed Suzy’s
family of a bright spirit, and stole a wonderful young woman from this community. It is my hope that the jury’s verdict provides a level of justice for Suzy, and some measure of comfort for her friends and family.”
