KILMARNOCK—The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) recently announced that Phillip Mumford has been named Boys & Girls Club of Virginia chief executive officer of the year, and Rev. Dr. Linwood Blizzard has been named board member of the year. The recognition came during a recent VA/DC Area Council meeting in Staunton.
