Man Arrested After Stealing Scratch-Off Lottery Tickets

The suspect has now been detained and faces charges with criminal conspiracy, common law robbery, and strong arm robbery.

The man who was wanted after stealing a stack of lottery tickets from the Yogi Food Mart in Darlington County, has been arrested.

Bryan Locklair allegedly grabbed an entire rack of scratch-off lottery tickets that were behind the counter of the convenience store located near the 3600 block of Oats Highway in Lamar.

Locklair fled the scene and police were able to identify him from surveillance footage from inside the food mart.

The suspect has now been detained and faces charges with criminal conspiracy, common law robbery, and strong arm robbery.

Locklair was also charged with conspiracy/criminal conspiracy and common law conspiracy defined.
