SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - High pressure is slipping away toward the Atlantic as a couple of fronts try to punch into our area. This repositioning of the high pressure system will bring southeasterly winds our way on Friday and into Saturday which will bring up the humidity. This will make it feel like the low to mid 90s mainly east of I-75. Along the coast and within a couple of miles look for mostly sunny skies and highs close to the average for this time of year which is 83 degrees. A west wind will develop in the afternoon keeping things cooler as the air moving in from the Gulf will be moving over 75 degree water temperatures. This always makes for a nice beach day.
