Denton police, using a drone and a K-9, apprehended a 56-year-old man who they allege stole wiring from a Denton Municipal Electric substation Friday. At about 3 a.m., officers were patrolling in the 500 block of Blagg Road near a DME electrical station. The report states the officers saw a man on a bike without lights pulling a trailer with something metallic sticking out.
