Brunch! When you think of this word, what comes to mind? The definition is the following: "a late morning meal eaten instead of breakfast and lunch." What a boring definition for a meal that we think is so much fun. Brunch is fascinating cocktails, a bouffage of delectable breakfast and lunch specialty treats, and memorable time spent with family and friends.

Our VLWL Team set out to find the "Best Places to Brunch in Greater Lafayette". Enjoy this list and please feel free to share your views on our social accounts! #homeofpurdue and share your favorite place to brunch!

  • Bistro 501:
    • Every Sunday. Brunch hours are from 10:30am to 2pm.
      • Sara from VLWL shares, "Our family loves to sit out on the patio and bask in all the amazing Bistro 501 dishes. One family favorites is their biscuits and gravy. Freshly baked buttermilk biscuits, Maple-chili sausage gravy, & home fries. The biscuits are light and fluffy and the gravy is seasoned to perfection. The home fries are small and crispy and many times we even order more! Our 9 year old daughter raves about the pancakes and always orders a shirley temple mocktail! She feels so grown up like she is getting a cocktail like the adults!"
  • Nom Nom Tacos & Tequila:
    • Every Sunday. Brunch hours are from 10am to 2pm.
      • "Nom Nom Tacos and Tequila’s brunch is a must for any foodie looking for a fun local brunch spot. Before you even take a bite of your meal you are left in awe and immediately pulling your phone out for a photo. I ordered the avocado toast which is served with an egg. To top it all off, garnishes of green and red onion and tomato enhance the flavor for a filling breakfast. And if you’re looking for something to wash it all down with, during brunch at Nom Nom’s offers $15 bottomless mimosas. So grab your friends for this Instagram pic worthy brunch in downtown Lafayette!" Gabbi from VLWL imparts.
