WACO, Texas (FOX 44) – UPDATE: An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal crash in Waco on May 17. The Waco Police Department says that 31-year-old Lee Jordan Murrow, of Marlin, has been charged with Manslaughter and Injury to a Child. This is due to reckless driving, which caused the crash.

Killeen, Tx (FOX44) – Court records show a search warrant served on a Barbara Lane home in Killeen turned up about 30 pounds of marijuana, weapons ammunition and cash. The results of the search resulted in Killeen Police getting a warrant for the arrest of 48-year-old Kevin Desean Milton – who Bell County Jail records indicated was booked in on Tuesday.

Copperas Cove, Tx (FOX44) – Copperas Cove police report a 53-year-old man is in custody facing deadly conduct charges, and is accused of driving off with a woman’s car with her hanging on it. Herman Clark, of Copperas Cove, remained in the Coryell County Jail on Wednesday morning.

Belton, Tx (FOX44) – A Bell County Grand Jury has indicted two men on murder charges in the April 8 shooting death of 18 year old Va’Quintin Carmon Maestre. The victim was found shot in a parking lot in the 800 block of Atlas Avenue in Killeen early on that Saturday morning.

Waco, Tx (FOX44) – A 54-year-old Waco man is facing felony charges, and is accused of hiding a camera in the bathroom of a room he rented out. Stephen Diamond was arrested after the 24-year-old woman he rented a room to in his home found something wrong less than a day after moving in. Waco Police Department spokesperson Cierra Shipley said the victim rented a room in the home in the 9300 block of Regal Drive – but soon found a camera disguised as a charging dock in the bathroom.

Temple, Tx (FOX44) – Temple Police report arresting a 69-year-old man known as “Iron Jaw” who they were seeking in connection with a May 13th stabbing incident. Clarence Ray White, Jr. was booked into the Bell County Jail on Sunday evening and held on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $200,000.

Waco, Tx (FOX44) – UPDATE: A 21-year-old Waco man has been arrested in connection with heavy damage done to a house on May 15 – when a car crashed through a wall. Alfredo Fernandez was booked into the McLennan County Jail Monday on a charge of failure to stop and render aid in connection with the incident. The crash was reported to police at 3:25 a.m. on May 15 from the occupant of a home in the 3100 block of Cole Avenue.

Killeen, TX (FOX 44) – A 41-year-old woman has died after a single car crash in Killeen. Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of W. Stan Schlueter Loop  at approximately 10:14 a.m. Tuesday in reference to a single vehicle rollover crash. When officers arrived, they found a woman lying along the shoulder of the roadway. She was immediately airlifted to Baylor Scott & White in critical condition.

Falls County, Tx (FOX44) – Two people were killed in a Thursday morning crash on a rural Falls County Highway. The Department of Public Safety tells FOX 44 News that a trooper was dispatched to the scene on Highway 53, northwest of Rosebud, at 6:48 a.m. Initial reports indicated two vehicles were involved.

The Temple Police Department says that in this particular scam, a voice recording tells the individual they have a warrant out for their arrest – and that they need to call 254-332-4080 and pay over the phone.
