Attorneys for a man facing murder charges were in Lackawanna County Court yesterday presenting arguments for why certain post arrest statements and evidence should not be allowed before a future jury hearing the case. Justin Schuback has pleaded not guilty on all counts. He is accused of killing Robert Baron from Old Forge more than 6 years ago. No word on when the judge hearing the arguments may issue a ruling.
