Paxton’s Problems Go Poof: Ken Paxton is once again avoiding a jury trial on corruption charges. The attorney general cut a deal with state prosecutors on Monday to resolve the nine-year-old felony fraud charges against him, KUT’s Lauren McGaughy reported.
