CSPD and CSFD at scene of crash closing down intersection

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said a crash is closing part of an intersection near downtown in the morning hours of Tuesday, Sept. 17.

CSPD posted at X (formally known as Twitter) at around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday that CSPD and the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) were on the scene of a crash at the intersection of Mesa Road and Uintah Street west of I-25 and Uintah St.

CSPD said Uintah St. is shut down at the intersection.
