does it really matter what needs to happen is every town and city in Spokane county need to take care of their own homeless folks problems.So when you're in Idaho how many homeless people do you see go drive around some of these towns and cities in Spokane county how many homeless people do you see it's easier to send them the the big city's I know some town give money to help but it's time for them to deal with there own the homeless aren't going anywhere they been around as long as humans been around so deal with them
