    Car crash near City Hall causes road closure in Spokane Valley

    SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -- A two-car crash in Spokane Valley caused police to close a road near City Hall on Tuesday evening.

    Around 7:30 p.m. on August 13, a sedan and a pick up truck were involved in a crash near Appleway Boulevard and Dartmouth Road.

    The driver of the sedan was moderately injured in the crash.

    As of 7:30 p.m., Appleway Boulevard is closed on the eastbound side and being diverted at the parking lot behind City Hall.

    No information as to what cause the crash has been released.

    This is a developing story.
