    Suspects in federal New Mexico gun trafficking case to be held through trial

    NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Five men charged federally for selling guns through social media apps will be held through their trials. Micah Maestas, Dominic Ramirez, Daniel Garcia along with Jesus and Oscar Salmeron are all accused of using social media to advertise weapons over several months this year.

    Their indictment said they negotiated a sale, transported the gun to the buyer, and illegally sold it. They’re also accused of selling cocaine and machine gun converters for handguns.
