Flash Flood Warning issued for South Fork Burn Scar, Ruidoso, and surrounding areas

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for a part of New Mexico on Monday.

According to the National Weather Service , a Flash Flood Warning was issued for the South Fork Burn Scar in Lincoln County.

The warning lasts until 3:45 p.m. Impacted areas include Eagle Creek, Cedar Creek, Highways 48 and 70, Main Road, Paradise Canyon Road, Gavilan Canyon Road, along the Rio Ruidoso, Ruidoso, Ruidoso Downs, Alto, Glencoe, and Hollywood.
