By Griffin Rushton,
2026-02-27ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show returns to Sandia Resort and Casino this weekend, featuring 165 exhibitors from around the globe.
Mark Masker, owner of the Fiery Food Show, highlighted the event’s growth, noting participants from as far as Nepal and Malaysia. Attendees can explore a variety of spicy foods, from drinks to desserts.
“This is our thirty-seventh year, and we’re expecting a really good sized crowd,” said Masker. He assured improvements have been made to avoid last year’s bottleneck issues.
A new addition this year is Girls Gone Grilling’s pecan whisper sauce, which Masker described as “great for chicken, fish, pork.” The sauce offers a balanced taste with sweet, tangy, and salty notes.
The show runs all weekend, promising a fiery experience for spice enthusiasts.
