Knoxville Public Library Youth Services Coordinator Holly Shelford,  highlights an event at the library in the month of June for children.

Shelford tells KNIA/KRLS News, “We also have a program called Twisted Bo-Kay. It is storytelling with balloons.”

She adds it is a family fun happening that will be held Monday, June 12th at 4 p.m. The person putting on the event is from Eastern Iowa, she will read and tell stories, instead of using puppets or toys, she uses balloons. She creates characters out of balloons.
