An update was posted on the City of Knoxville’s website to show the progress of the community. The information was shared by Knoxville City Manager Heather Ussery to spread the positivity about the progress that is being made in Knoxville.

Ussery points out that Knoxville has been on an upward trajectory these past few years, and the progress the city has seen over the past few years is nothing short of exciting. Ussery said Knoxville’s future is bright and there are many people to thank that includes community partners, business owners and residents for continued support and investment in Knoxville.

The projects are not inclusive to speak of Knoxville’s success, but are community projects that the City of Knoxville has directly been involved in to some degree. A few of the items include Veterans District Phase 1, East Village, 3rd and Main Apartments and Terrace View. Weiler Expansion and 3M Product Expansion. Commercial Developments include a dental office, hospital expansion, a race shop and contractor condos, the Knoxville Middle School and Des Moines Skydivers among others.
