    Apple juice recall

Refresco Beverages has issued a recall for apple juice sold at retail stores across the country.

The manufacturer voluntarily issued the recall when it found higher arsenic levels in the apple juice than the government allows.

The recalled juice was sold at Aldi, Walgreens and Walmart and Dollar General stores in 26 states and includes:

    • Great Value 8 oz. Apple Juice: Walmart
    • Great Value 96 oz. Apple Juice: Walmart
    • Nice! 64 oz Apple Juice: Walgreens
    • Nature's Nector 64 oz. Apple Juice: Aldi
    • Wellsley Farms 100% Apple Juice: Walmart
    • Clover Valley 100% Apple Juice 64 oz: Dollar General Stores

So far no illnesses have been reported and the issue was recalled out of precaution.

Consumers are urged to throw the recalled juice away.

    "Kandy" cantaloupe recall

The Food and Drug Administration has recalled 224 cases of whole cantaloupes under the brand name "Kandy."

Eagle Produce LLC says the fruit over possible salmonella concerns.

The cantaloupes were sold from Aug. 13-17 at grocery stores in Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, Texas and Virginia.

No illnesses have been reported, according to health regulators

The FDA says consumers who bought the fruit should not eat it and throw it away.

    Ram 1500 pickup trucks

Stellantis has recalled over a million Ram 1500 pickup trucks.

The automaker says a software malfunction causes the antilock brake system module to disable the electronic stability control system.

The company says the brakes would still work but the recall was issued because U.S. safety standards require stability control in all phases of driving.

The recall includes Ram 1500 trucks built from 2019 to 2024.

Stellantis says owners can take their recalled truck to a dealer to get the issue fixed for free.

According to the National Highway Safety Administration, all of the pickup trucks listed in the recall are affected by the issue.
