The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is accepting feedback on the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW). This worksheet pertains to the proposed rehabilitation of the Lake Bronson Dam, located in Lake Bronson State Park, Kittson County. The project includes replacing the dam's 85-year-old concrete spillway and the associated bridge on Kittson County Highway 28.
One Dead Following Single Vehicle Roll-Over
A Halma area man is dead following a single vehicle accident reported over the weekend in Kittson County. According to the Minnesota State Patrol Timothy Allen Undeberg was not wearing a seat-belt when the northbound 2014 Chevy Impala he was driving left Highway 59 near mile marker 401 and rolled.
