Saturday:
Morning temperatures should stay above freezing across the Kittitas Valley. Winds will pick up in the evening, with gusts up to 40 mph possible along the east slopes of the Washington Cascades and the Lower Columbia Basin. Highs in the upper 60s and low 70s.

Saturday Night into Sunday Morning:
Windy conditions continue with peak speeds expected between 10 PM Saturday and 4 AM Sunday. Expect mountain precipitation starting late Saturday afternoon, tapering off early Sunday morning. Rain amounts will be minimal, with a trace to 0.20 inches expected in some areas.

Temperature Trend:
Highs will increase by 2 to 6 degrees from Friday to Saturday but drop by 3 to 7 degrees from Saturday to Sunday behind a passing cold front.
