SCOTT CITY, Mo. (KFVS) - A St. Louis man was arrested after Scott City police located an AR-15 pistol. According to the Scott City Police Department, officers were dispatched to a residence in Scott City around 8:19 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14. This was for a report of an armed man refusing to leave.

Roof damage at St. Louis animal shelter leaves dogs with anxiety, help needed
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A damaged roof has left a St. Louis City animal shelter with layers of dust and water on the dogs. Care STL posted on its Facebook page pictures of several holes in the roof and this is where they shelter dogs and rehabilitate them. Leaders say the fix is one that could take two weeks and they are already over capacity leaving dogs with even more anxiety.

ST CHARLES, Mo. — Two people were taken into custody after a SWAT team situation at a home in St. Charles, the city's police department told 5 On Your Side at the scene. Arrest made 2 years after St. Louis crash that killed innocent driver
ST. LOUIS — A man was arrested and charged two years after police said he caused a crash that killed an innocent driver while fleeing St. Louis County police. Marc O. Gardner, 28, was arrested Tuesday after a St. Louis police SWAT team executed a search warrant at a home on the 5400 block of Dewey Avenue. He was charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and resisting arrest.
