UETHDA Offering Low Income Assistance For Delinquent Utility Bills

The City of Kingsport is announcing, qualifying low income households will be able to receive assistance to pay for delinquent utility bills. The Upper East Tennessee Human Development Agency is using federal COVID grant money to help low income families pay utility bills through the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program.
