KENNEWICK, Wash. - The Kennewick Police Department said it arrested two people they believe are responsible for stealing packages off of front porches.

Brandon Baker, 40, and Kyle Heintz, 36 were arrested on suspicion of theft and criminal trespass.

Officers with the Kennewick Police Department were called to the 1600 bolock of South Fruitland Street on April 26. People reported seeing two men in the neighborhood going up to different houses and taking packages off of front porches.

When authorities got to the area, they reported seeing the men. Authorities said they later found the men attempting to hide in backyards of homes.

Authorities said it was thanks to people reporting the activity that led to the quick arrests. They said it was a great example of "see something, say something."
