Kansas City, Missouri, police are investigating a fatal shooting outside a gas station Tuesday morning.
On Tuesday, police identified the victim as 24-year-old Donald Young.
Police said someone reported the shooting around 12:30 a.m. outside the Express Stop gas station on Independence Avenue.
Officers said they found Young shot and killed inside a vehicle in the parking lot.
Authorities believe there were multiple people in the vicinity at the time of the shooting that may have witnessed the shooting.
KCPD says the investigation remains ongoing at this time. No further victim or suspect information has been released.
