Aramark, the official concessions provider for the Kansas City Royals, has announced new concessions for the 2023 Major League Baseball season.Kauffman Stadium will debut various new concessions stands and chef collaborations at the team's home opener later this week. Additionally, Seasons Inning Stretch will be a limited-time, seasonally inspired food and beverage program run across the spring, summer, and fall. "In the spring, venues will showcase fragrant and light ingredients, while the summer months will highlight classics concessions with a refreshing twist," Aramark said in a press release Monday. "And, as the baseball season comes to an end, warm, fall-flavor profiles will take center field."For the spring, Kauffman Stadium will debut new. Pork Belly Tacos. The new creation features pork belly, anise pickled carrots, crumbled queso fresco, mint, arugula, and chimichurri sauce on soft shelf tacos. (Section 225 – KC Cantina)Every new Royals concession item at Kauffman StadiumNew BBQ Collab: Kauffman Stadium will introduce a local craft barbecue concept – KCQ – to showcase fan favorite BBQ spots like Chef J BBQ, Scott’s Kitchen, and SMOAK Craft Barbecue in an alternating series throughout the season in Section 232. Local favorite Palacana will also join The K’s food options – known for their fresh paletas, tacos, and aguas frescas. (Section 301 – Craft & Draft) Rodeo Burger: A Bullpen Burger with onion rings and famous Bullpen Sauce.
