The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department is concerned for the safety of a missing 29-year-old man. Authorities say Divante J Kernell was last seen driving his black 2013 Toyota Carolla in the area of East 87th Street and Lane Ave. around 1:30 p.m. on March 26, 2023.
