A former trash incinerator is being torn down as part of plans to build a food processing facility at the Warren County site. The Northwest Jersey Food Processing and Innovation Center — FPIC — has been proposed at the site of the former Covanta Warren Energy Resource Co. LLC center at 218 Mount Pisgah Ave. in Oxford Township.
