Opportunity School set to host 31st annual LIPS fundraiser

Amarillo, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – Stephanie James and Jill Goodrich with Opportunity School joined Today in Amarillo on Monday morning to talk about the upcoming 31st annual LIPS fundraiser. The fundraiser is set to take place on Sept. 21 in the Sunset Courtyard and AJ Swope Performance Plaza located at Arts in the Sunset.

Organizers invite the community to support early childhood education by enjoying a Country Club Cowboy evening under the stars. The 21 and older event will feature a silent auction, open bar, food, and entertainment.

According to organizers, the featured entertainment will be Silverada, formerly known as Mike and the Moonpies. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
