Leonard sentenced to 7 years on drug charges
Jacarion Lashawd Leonard appeared in Marion Circuit Court Division 1 on May 23 and was sentenced to seven years on various drug charges. Leonard was sentenced to seven years for trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (Carfentanil or Fentanyl derivatives), to run concurrently with another charge of trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (Carfentanil or Fentanyl derivatives), for which he received seven years, and first-degree promoting contraband (2 years). Those two counts run concurrently with each other for a total of seven years.
