Thanks to the Jackson Parish Council on Aging (JPCOA), patrons of the Jackson Parish Senior Citizen Center and the Chatham Senior’s Mealsite daily programs enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy fellowship and rekindle old relationships this past Wednesday, March 15th.
Katie Soal of the Cenla Aging Council was the special guest at the Robert Riddle Senior Citizen Center located at 120 Polk Avenue in Jonesboro where she gave information about the planning process the JPCOA has in place for 2023-27.
The JPCOA and the Chatham Senior Mealsite Program services low income parish residents and senior citizens with daily meals, meal delivery, medication assistance and transportation as well as educational information and outreach programs available.
